Our responsibilities included erecting supports for the bar area, constructing access stairs, and setting up signage structures. Overcoming Challenges: The Muddy Conditions
Festival scaffolding can be challenging, andthis years’ Download Festival posed unique challenges due to the significant amount of rain leading up to the event. The muddy conditions made the terrain difficult to navigate, complicating the installation process. However, the Anton Scaffolding team rose to the occasion, demonstrating our commitment to safety and efficiency. We meticulously planned our approach, ensuring that the Anton team securely installed all structures, despite the adverse conditions. Once we completed our work, the team had the opportunity to enjoy the festival itself over the three days. We particularly enjoyed Queens of the Stone Age, Royal Blood, and Limp Bizkit. It was a rewarding experience to see the structures we had built in use and to witness the joy and excitement of the attendees.
